Wellness Program - 2nd Month ( 11th Jan till 11th Feb 2009)

with the tested and naughty tried on not 100% follow the eating plan, final result with super sad and regret.

> Start learning to say NO , Thank you ! coz i'm full with NOT OVER EAT
> Follow the eating plan 100% w/o add in more foods to store body fat
> Water requirement must follow, its for Detox my body
> No Exercise in 1st step of relax Diet , more hunger if exercise
> Think the benefit of taking any foods

I need to stop diet program immerdiately because confirmed i'm pregnant. Therefore, the diet program will be update to pregnant program.

My body pain yesterday and desided to consult doctor and same time found out this news...

really feel tired and sleepy now... sleep and eat only...

My weight start putting up!... Period late 9 days already! Feel tired and eat little...
always feel haus.. guess guess is hormon change......

Today is late 7 days of period.
Yesterday lunch taken chicken rice and mango salad.
Dinner eat my mom in law cooked of Tauhu and Vegetable.
Went to pasar malam buy CNY foods till 11pm
back home and feel tired sleep....

16.01.2009 - 69kg

Today is 6 days late for period. My weight also cannot going down. My body feel tired, some headache.

Tomorrow i will buy the Urine Test for pregnancy. I think is Hormon issue.

maintain the same weight. i sleep at 430am this morning till 730am and prepare to work. Maybe reason is not resting enough for sleeping, that why weight also not droping.

So bad! today is late 5 days of period not visit me yet. Is that stress works or hormon changes ??

Late 4 days - period still not coming.

I did followed the eating plan in 4th day. i did lose 1.1kg. No over eating again. Follow the rules and make the Goal archieve.

Nowaday, my heart was still remember how i'm regret with taken lot of foods for storage fat.

My period is still not visit me. Its was late for 3 days. Before that, my circulation is stable. Maybe Hormon change ....

Well, still continue the eating plan and see what going on.

12.01.2009 - 70kg

Today is 1st day of eating salad for Lunch and Dinner. Because regret with yesterday dinner over taken.

11.01.2009 - 70.5kg

This is because not follow 100% of eating plan. Therefore, increase 0.5kg a day. Tomorrow start doing my whole day of salad time.

passed diet for 1 month, my result is only lose 2.6kg a month.

And suprised my period didnt come on time.

06.01.2009 - 69.9kg ( no change )

Maybe my period going to come, so my weight not go down smoothly..

Today is my 2nd day of eating Own Salad for Lunch and dinner.

Well, Today prepare my dinner at home. Water level not follow. So, must follow tomorrow.

Early morning wake up for playing Badminton in 2 hours. Then, Join with sister to eat shark fish + vege for lunch.





ABout 3pm, drive to Swimming in Shah Alam until 5pm ++





then, dinner with family eat VEGE + PORK + FISH without rice.





At nite window shopping with hubby , buy some vege and fruits prepare for eating plan from Tuesday till Saturday.





This coming sunday i my hubby birthday, still on planning what for him.











03.01.2009 - 70.0kg (reduce 0.6kg)










Go to Jusco buy the tomatoes, fresh vege, cheese and thousand island sauce.

Take a long breath to update my blog. What i had been done for few weeks ago, have very good result. If i really go to this wellness program. During this few days, I very enjoy all my life with regret after back to own home. A lot parties and wedding dinner as eaten lot of foods and wine.








Therefore , My weight can easily going up ! WHY? because i'm over eat too much. Water Level slow to follow.








On 31.12.2008, Join with friends went to Shangrila Hotel Putrajaya for Stay HOLIDAY 1 NIGHT of countdown new year 2009. So, room package with 1 dinner buffet and 1 breakfast buffet. In the night of dinner buffet, I'm never think of HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, just happy anjoy the foods of alot of Protein, Carbohidrate and etc... Feel very full for my stomach...








come to breakfast buffet next day, I'm start thinking of my weight. Therefore, i reduce my Foods to just having the Yogurt , Fruits , eggs , porridge and butter bun. ( But, also over eat without control) , afternoon went to swimming, gym, jagucci, steam.








Over the enjoy to end of the 1st day of yr 2009, I'm reached home and weighing my body. Suprised and very upset for the result of 72.2kg !!!!








Regret for the result showing and unhappy all the night of 010109. Open the notebook, and get somebody who really asked me the current weight, and more make me shy. why ? because did reduced to 68.5kg, and increase 3.7kg for few days!!

Today my father in law treats family eat lunch... sure i eat alot ... but no rice..











1 pork + 1 tauhu + Vege + 1 fish + 3 Prawn = Alot alot !!











Then, after lunch.. Shopping time with my hubby for 8 hours !!











So, my dinner today eat crabs + Brocolli ....



after 1 hours, become this way..







So delicious !!









Actually, In our foods is not really need for our life.. Therefore, My personal Doctor said must take Supplement for my own :-

My result showing so seriously ! 4 days never follow the program and easily going up my weight..











I'm understood myself much much ..attend the wedding dinner and drink the wine..











And tonight also have LAST wedding dinner for this year..











So, My plan will be start back tomorrow..

Today my weight increase so much ! coz i didnt follow the meal as i need to eat yesterday.

Christmas is my Father In Law birthday. whole family eating Steamboat with Nice Cheese Cake. Super delicous of Cheese cake i eaten 2 slices. wah...so fat and much calories...

Anyway, tonight have wedding dinner again!

Tomorrow also have wedding dinner again...

I'm over eaten yesterday ! Coz i joint buffet with my old classmate together having meehoon+pork+chicken+vege+dessert for LUNCH only ! So, how can it no gain weight?? !!















My program was not include all this foods i need to take.. My fault ..















My dinner yesterday very delicious because of Mother In Law cooked for pray...















Also the same with many Pork + Prawn+Vege + dessert Tong Yuan soup = SUPER FULL

Today is my 1st day start the PIKLIFE wellness program. I'm skipped my lunch , replace after dinner meal. and the meantime, my period come on same day. Follow the program, water drink already 2.5 litres.

I'm very happy this morning when i was weighing my weight. So great with full 3 meal and 2 snacks, can lost 0.5kg per day.

Today my meal of lunch is Chicken + vege , Dinner is Fresh Fish + Vege ...Water drink 3.5litres

Wow....My result so nice ! Is real or not ?? But i had tried for weighing 3 times ! still is 70.9kg !

I having a good learning lunch today of how to measure the foods i shall taken. I eaten roaster chicken 2 pcs + Fresh Vege. feel full when i was follow the measurement.

Today i'm feel my stomach have feeling of time for hungry.. will inform me time for eat ! wow..love it..
My dinner today eaten pork + vege , cooked by mother in law. she bought red been dessert for me... think of on wellness program, i rejected to have it ...So sorry , my lovely mother in law..

Afternoon , i prepare my lunch at home today : Only RM 3.00


My Snack time is 3pm :-



Around 3pm, we 3 peoples went to Sunway Piramid for WINDOW Shopping to walks till 7pm ! wow...burn calories today... My dinner is Fisherman shop .... but, eat little bit and feel full already. so, all balance bring back home and give parent in law share MAKAN...hehehehe...

A week had passed ! With this program i lose 2.9kg in ONE week.

I did report to Doctor and consultant today via Web base.

Just a simple 1 sentence, my mood automatic feel goods ! I'm very confident with current program to helping my lifestyle changing for YEAR 2009 !

My breakfast today same with yesterday of Plain Yogurt + Mango , Snack as eaten same Biscuit + fresh fruits.

I did changed the meal of Lunch to Snack time due to Jammed Traffic in KL road ! So, great i'm prepared snack everyday. So, Easy for me to have it when i hungry.

My hungry time now is more stable than last time. Great with this habits to continue it.

Tonight will join family for Buffet Party. So, what i need to do after that ? Actually, just plan to eat some VEGE + FISH ... be fine for my dinner today.

Finally , my plan is work with 1 time taken a dishes in one plate.. feel full...
